Anpeco agrees to design a device based upon the ideas of SmartShopper, Inc. This device will be a small shopping list assistant that uses voice recognition and a built-in printer to make grocery shopping easier, faster, and better.

Anpeco's responsibilities to include:

• Choose voice recognition technology provider
• Choose printer mechanism provider
• Choose all components
• Design electrical hardware
• Write all device software
• Implement Voice Recogntion software on the device and write software as necessary to evaluate and improve voice recognition performance
• Write printer driver software
• Identify and work with physical case design company
